Mandy was selected by Philippe Belloni, Oslo's owner, as his stud fee pup. She was then sold to some people in CA. She is a very well built pup and had a confident/outgoing attitude, high drives, and a full/hard grip. Unfortunately lack of socialization did not help her reach her full potential.
